free: camping on our property, either tent or inside the unfinished but completely enclosed new house (your choice). will include toilet, electricity, and cold running water.

all of the following are in bolinas or stinson beach (a 15 min. drive from bo). as november 12 will be a 3-day holiday weekend, they will book early. some already have reservations. call now!

$55 a room with double bed in the "grand hotel" in town. shared bathroom downstairs from room. call (415)868-1757. very simple, old-fashioned, nice landlord, a quick walk down brighton ave. to the beach.

$79 smiley's schooner saloon, right in the heart of bustling downtown bolinas. victorianesque decor in a pretty courtyard area behind the town pub. only downside is possible bleed-through of live music on weekend nights. bring ear plugs, and avoid rooms in the main house over the pub. one queen-bed room; others double; private bathrooms.
